Background of the plan:

Brushless motors have obvious advantages over traditional motors, such as high efficiency, low noise, and long lifespan. Nowadays, it has been widely commercialized. Widely used in the dairy industry, brewing industry, meat processing industry, soy processing industry, beverage processing industry, pastry processing industry, pharmaceuticals and other industries.

Plan introduction:

The upper computer adopts a 5-inch high-resolution capacitive touch display screen;

The lower computer uses a brushless motor to control the IC+MOS display to control the brushless hollow cup motor (Fulham);

Adopting 0-10v control;

Equipped with voltage reverse protection, overcurrent protection, and short circuit protection functions;

Speed: min 1000 rpm

Max 20000 rpm

Drive voltage: 24V

Speed regulation method: PWM speed regulation (voltage regulation)

Motor current PID regulation

Other features:

Motor overload and locked rotor current limiting to prevent overcurrent damage to the motor, supporting locked rotor limit stop rotation;

Supports RS485 multi site communication and MODBUS-RTU protocol (customizable)

All interface ESD protection can adapt to complex on-site environments.
