This product is a motor drive controller used for high-speed polishing machines. It is driven by a Hall free speed servo method. The main control chip optimizes the control logic of the motor and achieves actual speed compensation. In addition, the biggest feature is that the servo speed can be adjusted to meet different speed needs of customers.

3、 Control Board Function Description

1. Low voltage protection detection (VP)

When the power supply voltage is lower than the set low voltage protection value of 20V on the control board, it is judged as a low voltage condition. The IC receives this signal and closes all outputs to stop the motor from running. However, if the power supply voltage is greater than the low voltage protection value of 20V, it must be re powered on to resolve this anomaly.


2. Overcurrent detection (DC)

When the working current of the motor is less than the overcurrent protection value set by the control board, the motor operates normally and the OC pin of the IC is at a low level. When the working current of the motor is greater than the set overcurrent protection value, the IC and OC pins are at a high level. Upon receiving this signal, the IC closes all outputs, causing the motor to stop running. The way to release the protection state is to manually release the state, and the power off → power on must be restarted.


3. Locked rotor protection

When the IC detects that the motor switch signal is incorrect, it is judged as a locked rotor condition and outputs a signal to shut down the motor operation to stop it. The release method is to manually release the condition, and it must be Power off → Power on again.
