4. Operation of the baking tray machine:

1. Place a silicone pad on the printing platform, close the pressure handle (adjust the pressure appropriately), plug in the power, turn on the main power switch (red), and the indicator light will be on;

2. Adjust the dial on the temperature controller to the desired temperature (180 ℃ -190 ℃), and the heating time is about 1-2 minutes;

3. Adjust the dial on the timer to the appropriate time (100-120 seconds)

4. When the temperature reaches the set value, the machine will automatically enter a constant temperature state;

5. Open the pressure handle, then place the porcelain plate with the picture on the printing platform (the size of the image page must be larger than the size of the baking pad to prevent the surface of the porcelain plate from being burnt and to prevent pressure marks), close the pressure handle lever, and reset the timer to zero;

6. When the time reaches the set value, the buzzer rings and the heating pad stops heating,

Turn off the main power switch. At this point, open the pressure handle, remove the porcelain plate (be sure to immerse it in cold water after removal to prevent ink from continuing to spread), and wipe it dry.

Attention: When the baking tray machine is not in use, be sure to turn off the power and press down the pressure handle (the pressure should not be too high, it can be kept flat).

5. Adjustment of the baking tray machine:

Pressure: Rotate the printing platform and adjust its up and down positions to increase or decrease pressure; Time: Adjust the dial on the timer to the appropriate time (100-120); Temperature: Adjust the dial on the temperature controller to the appropriate temperature (180 ℃ -190 ℃)

Attention: When the baking tray machine is operating in large quantities, stop the equipment once every 60 minutes (two minutes is sufficient)
